Chauffeur Hire - VIP Package
Typical Luxury car journeys are priced as follows: (Journeys are priced according to postcode)
Chesterfield (centre) to Heathrow Airport - £175.00
Chesterfield (centre) to Manchester Airport - £75.00
Chesterfield (centre) to East Midlands Airport - £55.00
Sheffield (Centre) to Heathrow Airport - £195.00
Sheffield (Centre) to Manchester Airport - £75.00
Sheffield (centre) to East Midlands Airport - £75.00
Specific newspapers can be requested for the Journey, we will provide chilled mineral water and meet and greet you or your client, carry and load any luggage.
There are additional charges for certain bridge, road tolls and the London Congestion Charge that may need to be applicable.
We make no extra charges for travel delays caused by road works, diversions or slow traffic on route.
Distance Collections
A charge of 50 pence per mile is charged where the pickup/ drop off point is more than 20 miles from our office base
Early / Late Pick ups
A charge of £20.00 is made for journeys that start or finish before 07:00 and / or after 22.00.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate Accounts are welcome. Please review our terms of business, download and complete our credit application form.
Payment Terms
We take full payment at the time the booking is confirmed and allocate a booking reference number.
We can accept payment via Credit Cards - Access, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, unless a credit account has been arranged in advance.
Cancellations policy
We must be notified of any cancellation(s), by telephone and in writing by the customer quoting their booking reference number, not less than 24 hrs prior to our Chauffeurs departure time . For any cancellation made prior to the '24 hr rule' a refund of 50% of the total charge applies.
Wedding Hire Tariff
Our current and most requested package is a Silver S Class or Silver Chrysler 300C as the Bridal car, accompanied by a Silver Grand Voyager Limited XS for the wedding party (seats 6 passengers comfortably). Both are decorated with door ribbons of your choice
We charge (per vehicle)
£100 for a one hour service
£150 for a two hour service
£200 for a three hour service
Note: Our maximum area of operation is 'within a 50 mile radius' of Sheffield/Chesterfield. (however this can be discussed if necessary)
We will charge an additional £50/hour for any 'extra waiting or additional time' outside either the 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours period above
We will make no extra charge for travel delays caused by road works or traffic diversions etc.
Vehicles are decorated with door ribbons and supplied with a complimentary ½ bottle of Champagne and fully inclusive of a suited professional Chauffeur, cars are complete with umbrellas should they unfortunately be required on the day!

We take 50% deposit at the time the booking is confirmed. Full balance due 4 weeks prior to Wedding day
